Where is the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina?
This luxurious resort is located in Kapolei. On the sunny western coast of Oahu just 30-40 minutes from Honolulu & the HNL airport, depending on traffic! One of the reasons I absolutely love this resort is how close it is to the airport as well as a variety of condos & Airbnbs, making it super easy to get to the venue and stay somewhere nearby if you don’t want to stay on property.
If you’ve got family or friends traveling to Oahu for your big day, they won’t have to worry about driving far to get to your venue if they’re running late getting ready. There is no need to drive an hour back to their lodging for the night after having one too many drinks (cheers to celebrating the night away🥂) & being ready to hit the hay!
West Oahu is also notorious for incredible sunsets. Depending on the season you choose to tie the knot in, you might get #blessed with an unreal sky the evening of your wedding. (Rainy season in Oahu is typically from November to March, so late spring & summer time are your best bets for clear skies!)
Staying at the resort
If you decide you’d like to stay at the resort on your wedding night (or any of your family/friends decide to), you’ve got plenty of options to choose from! Since it’s a full resort and not solely a wedding venue, it’s got everything on site that you would need for a luxurious island vacation.
Whether you’d like a deluxe room with a private outdoor spa tub, an oceanfront room with a beautiful balcony, or a penthouse suite for the most luxe experience overlooking the ocean, choose the vibe you love most.
Spend your time at the resort before (or after!) your wedding day with your loved ones. Enjoy relaxing Naupaka Spa services, the four (4!) different pools, and even the Ko Olina Golf Club. The opportunities for a dreamy Oahu vacation are truly endless here at the Four Seasons Ko Olina!
Places to stay near the resort
If you decide you’d rather stay off-property, to either save some money or find a larger place where you can host your guests, there are a variety of cozy options nearby!

Wedding Venue Options at the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina
One of the major draws of the Four Seasons Ko Olina is the insane amount of venue options it has to offer couples! With a mix of indoor, outdoor, and covered outdoor areas, ranging from ballrooms to chapels to lanais, there’s truly something for everybody & every type of ceremony or reception.
Let’s go through some of the most popular ceremony & reception venue options the resort has to offer. Start thinking about the type of vibe & atmosphere you want to go for on your wedding day. Then decide which venues would help bring that to life!
Outdoor Venues
Lurline Lawn
The Lurline Lawn is a sprawling lush, green lawn that faces west, under palm trees, with the resort in the background. The amount of guests it can fit depends on the configuration of the chairs & ceremony arbor. This makes the lawn is a great option for couples who aren’t quite sure how many guests they’ll be having, since it’s easy to reorganize the ceremony site as needed!
Ocean Lawn
If you want a view of the ocean during your reception, then the Ocean Lawn is calling your name. With incredible views of the ocean & hopefully a stunning sunset, the lawn can seat up to 900 guests and provides a spectacular setting for an evening celebration with all of your favorite people!
Lanikuhonua
Lanikuhonua is a stunning oceanfront estate adjacent to the Four Seasons that’s offered as a wedding venue to Four Seasons couples! Rich with culture, this sacred land provides beautifully taken-care of grounds and amazing views of the ocean. It’s super easy to walk or drive between the Four Seasons & Lanikuhonua, so we can pop over to the property for some sunset photos after your ceremony at the Four Seasons, or you can have a Four Seasons ceremony & a reception at Lanikuhonua.
Ko Olina Covered Lanai
Looking for the perfect place to host your cocktail hour, or enjoy pre-wedding drinks with your closest loved ones on the morning of your big day? The Ko Olina covered lanai is a gorgeous option for either an elegant cocktail hour, or a reception with under 350 people! With a roof over the lanai, you’ll be covered in case of rain, and you can still enjoy the fresh air & take in the stunning ocean scenery.
Wedding Chapel
Finally, the Four Seasons wedding chapel is an incredibly charming option if you’d like a mix of outdoor & indoor feels for your ceremony of under 20 guests. The chapel is filled with floor-length windows that let in tons of sun, large plants in the corners, and amazing views of the ocean! And with a door in the back that you can keep open during your ceremony, you’re able to enjoy the fresh island breeze & still be covered by the cedar-shingled roof if it rains. Truly a lovely option for couples who want both the island vibes and a slightly rustic charm!
Indoor Venues
Fear not – the Four Seasons has a variety of indoor options as well, in case of rain (or for any couples who’d rather be in an air-conditioned room than outside in the heat)!
Lurline Room
The Lurline Room fits 195 guests, and opens up to – you guessed it – the Lurline Lawn! Couples who want both a luxurious indoor experience & a sunny outdoor experience can use both the Lurline Lawn & the Lurline Room on their big day. Tie the knot with a ceremony on the vibrant green lawn under palm trees, then head into the Lurline Room to celebrate in an elegant setting!
Ko Olina Ballroom
The Ko Olina Ballroom provides an expansive indoor setting filled with natural light & plenty of room for all of your favorite people! With a huge guest capacity of 1,650, you won’t need to worry about having enough room to dance the night away with every single one of your family members & BFF’s. Plus, the ballroom opens up to a 30,000-square-foot lawn if you’d like to make it both an indoor & outdoor reception!
Ocean Ballroom
The Four Seasons calls the Ocean Ballroom “Oahu’s most elegant venue,” and for good reason. With 16-foot ceilings, sparkling crystal chandeliers, and a max capacity of 610 people, your guests will have an unforgettable evening with plenty of room to walk around & mingle. Plus, you get to enter the ballroom through an outdoor foyer made of marble & a stunning grand staircase – where we will DEF stop for some dramatic, magazine-worthy photos! 😉
Matsonia Room
The Matsonia Room is yet another gorgeous, naturally-lit room ready to provide you & your guests with a refined experience. This room is fit for small receptions as it only holds 40 people, so get ready for an intimate gathering with your favorite people in this gorgeous, modern room, housed in the main tower of the resort!
Malolo Room & Lanai
Last but not least, we have the Malolo Room & lanai! This ballroom will provide your guests with an elevated experience, offering floor-to-ceiling windows, views of the resort’s gardens, and a private lanai for outdoor celebrations. The ballroom can fit 430 people, so you’ll have a ton of space to dance, mingle, and enjoy the palm tree views!
